A Few Words to Taste:
" I enjoyed your class and have started to try to look at my food as a participant in my eating rather than merely a 'consumption'. I am trying to take the time to 'see' and 'taste' what I am eating and evaluate the pleasure I gain or the guilt. I find that I really do not get pleasure from much of the bad foods that my mind tells me I want. So I am just checking in to let you know this one little class has given me the determination to be mindful of where my choices are coming from….me or what I am calling 'the deceptive' me. I don’t want the junk food more than I want to be strong and healthy." Janice O, Pittsfield
~ "Shanti's Mindful Eating class was a very powerful experience for me. I had no idea how my eating habits were affecting my life and how little time I have taken to truly appreciate my food. Because of Shanti's program, I am much more aware of 'healthy' food choices and the environment I create when I am enjoying my meal, especially when I am with my loved ones. Thank you Shanti!" ~ Lisa S, Concord
~ "Shanti's Mindful Eating Workshops that have taught me to slow down, appreciate the food I eat and consciously eat more healthfully. Shanti is professional, creative, dedicated to her craft and sincerely wants to helping others." ~ Robin D, Barnstead
