CORE is a blend of science, business practicality, and the intelligence of the human heart. Combining mindfulness and HeartMath® practices within the business environment, team members use these present moment awareness skills to proactively direct their time and attention, reset their energies quickly and efficiently, and feel more empowered with the flow of their day. Biofeedback tools are also available to create a new, healthy baseline of coherence and stress reduction.
​There are four fundamental sources of energy that directly and significantly impact the vitality, flow, and engagement we have to meet the day: eat, move, sleep, and breathe. When these are well resourced, the day is well resourced: the mind is focused and concentrated, actions are purposeful, communication is coherent, change and stress are more easily navigated, and the body has energy to meet the needs of the day without unhealthy additives. 

In this interactive and experiential program, participants will create personalized and realistic health habits that will lift their levels of wellbeing, energy, confidence, and presence.

Habits Made Easy

We all have habits - they run our day - but are they working for us… or against us? And when we finally decide to change a habit or install a new one, how to deal with the forces of old habits that nag or keep motivation in the equation?

In this engaging 2 part workshop, we’ll put together 100% achievable action plan for creating a new habit, one that doesn’t drain your energy or based on willpower or motivation. In little time, you’ll be installing habits of productivity, efficiency, and health, taking positive action on concerns that have been lingering for too long.

Avoiding Burnout

With stress being the unfortunate new norm for so many, unchecked, burnout is fast becoming the progressive (and devastating) next step. In this training, you’ll learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of burnout, discover proactive measures that can be taken to dispel burnout, and learn a variety of ways to recover from and improve the stress condition.

On-Site Health and Wellness Coaching

With the Coach coming to you, personal health and well-being goals are achieved with confidence, enthusiasm, and accountability.
Private 30 minute individual coaching sessions allow team members to address their specific needs for maximum success. Stress, healthy eating, movement and exercise, and positivity are common themes.
Minimum 3 hours on site. Weekly or bi-weekly office hours suggested.
