Optimize Coaching


I help awesome and amazing people (like you) go from being mastered by their life to being masters of  their life. I know, sometimes it feels impossible and you might even be ready to give up or resign yourself to things as they are. I implore you not to do that! You are SO deserving of whatever it is you want in your life. If you didn’t want it, it wouldn’t be tugging at you. So let’s make it real, whether it’s a body you love to be in or sense of calm and peace you want to have.

As a Mindfulness, Optimize, & HearthMath® Certified Coach, it’s my passion and purpose to connect you to your life fulfilled. I’m here to support, guide, and excite you to take small effective steps that lead to healthy and lasting change. All of this is done in combination of what works for you. It’s an individualized process and, as we work together, you’ll:

  • See challenges as growth opportunities, celebrating your many successes along the way
  • Have your many strengths (there are SO many) be building blocks for positive change
  • Set personal boundaries, saying YES to things you love and NO to things you dread
  • Engage in brain science activities that will have the power of your mind working with you instead of against you
  • Be inspired to go beyond what you would have ever done alone
  • Build stress resiliency, confidence, and courage
  • Replace shame, blame, or guilt with kindness and compassion
  • Dismantle the inner critic and have your thoughts be friendly and inviting
  • Have fun and create daily enjoyment, be excited for each new day and flourish
  • Create a blueprint for success that you’ll continue long after we’ve stopped working together
One of the most important parts of my practice that I bring forth is mindfulness which, in simplified terms, is being present to your experience in a kind and accepting way. With mindful awareness, you notice how you’re feeling, what your mind is doing (in the beginning, usually unkind and overloaded), the signals your body is sending you, and how you’re relating to what’s in front of you. All of this is great information and provides a stepping stone for taking that next best step... which is filled with lots of self-care and love. You can’t properly care for anything else in your life if you're missing your own care in the equation... so we begin here.
