MEAL - Mindful Eating for Awakened Living

Have you tried for too long to “go it alone” when it comes to weight loss and healthier eating? I know I have and it just doesn’t work, at least not as effectively as when we are in community.

  • Your self-talk that's filled with criticism, deprivation, and judgment
  • A body image that has you avoiding mirrors

Please plan to join our monthly MEAL - Mindful Eating for Awakened Living. We are a group of fantastic folks looking to support one another in the journey of healthy body, mind, eating, and Being. Along with tips, tricks, and techniques, here you will find community, compassion, support, and accountability.

Next gathering Monday November 14, 6:00 - 7:30pm.  Registration required for planning. Gathering includes a healthy, mindful meal.
