Gentle awareness, ease, kindness, rest, relaxation… these are all important elements of self-care that have us feeling nourished and joyful. Instead of feeling harried, overwhelmed or heavy from our day, with practice we can bring in lightness, freshness, and peaceful presence. Backed by science, health and well-being are available when we lovingly tune in to our whole selves, being curious instead of critical, purposeful instead of impatient, and relaxed instead of resistant.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll:
  • Explore the 4 main postures of meditation
  • Add a 5th present-moment practice that might surprise you
  • Tune in to our body and the beautiful information it shares
  • Create ease and enjoy!
