Everyday Ease... Connected Conversation and Making It Real
Ease is something that many of us strive for but find it difficult to maintain beyond a few moments or days. “Stress” (and all the feelings/emotions under this big umbrella word) seem to be a bigger part of our norm… bigger than we know is good or healthy for us. Finding a sustaining way away from this feels nearly impossible.
In my book “Everyday Ease: Mindfully Moving From Burnout To Balance”, I offered many practices that nurtured and fortified ease in everyday living. Instead of feeling like you need a two week vacation or to run away from your life, guidance and encouragement were offered to have ease be a possibility in most every moment.
To continue that encouragement, I’m inviting you to join this free 4 week virtual gathering. We’ll come together with others who are experiencing this same path and, with some laughter, courage, and kindness, can work the Ease Sheets. We’ll learn from one another, create community, gain support, feel refreshed, and give the gift of ourselves through our time together.
Topics of discussion and reflection will include realistic intention setting, “Ya, I get mindfulness but it sure isn’t easy”, how to keep the Fabulous FRESH Five fresh and fabulous, resiliency at the beginning, middle, and end of the day, and much more. We’ll also have opportunities for heart-felt meditations and togetherness.
You might like to attend if:
Registration and participation are free. The platform we’ll be using is Zoom, a very easy video conference call tool (even my Mom can do it). Count yourself in below and put our time together on your calendar. A reminder and details will be sent prior to our gathering. And please share with friends, loved ones, colleagues, and anyone you think could use a little bit of practical ease in their life.
Thanks for your presence and persistence in loving yourself. Yeah!!

You might like to attend if:
- You have the book but, for one reason or another, haven’t yet delved into it yet.
- You’ve been working the Ease Sheets, making small changes, noticing bigger results, and you’d love to share and connect.
- You found it to be a great read but haven’t begun to actively shift some of the disruptive habits.
- You’d love a little encouragement and inspiration.
- You don’t have the book yet and this sounds like a fun way to start it.
