6 week session beginning Thursday March 15, 7:00 - 8:00 PM $82
SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
What impact do distractions have on goal achievement?
Are you missing opportunities by simply “getting things done”?
Do competing priorities only lead to a more frenzied feeling?
How would a calmer and more focused sense of being impact your work product and life balance?
Help yourself meet the challenges of small business ownership. Gain a competitor’s edge by learning core principles of mindful meditation that transfer to every facet of life. Stay clear and calm in body and mind, keeping the stress body at bay.
Having awareness of self and developing strong focus and attention skills is as important as developing a strong client base. Having clarity of mind and body is vital to making sound decisions, staying with productive priorities, building relationships, and maintaining a clear connection to your purpose and passion.
This session is specifically designed for those who are new to meditation. MAKE TIME TO GAIN TIME

Comments from some recent attendees:
~ "Since I have been working with you and breathing and really being present I have been able to stop myself from reacting, either with parenting or my professional life. I realized... that I was coming to conclusions based on past experiences rather than allowing the experience in front of me to play out. That was an "aha" moment. I have also taught my daughter to slow
down while we eat and actually taste the food instead of eating while accomplishing 12 other tasks and not being mindful of what we ate. Thank you for opening my eyes to a calmer way of being." Heather Capraro, VP Colebrook Bank
~ "Hello Shanti, I am writing to thank you for offering the 3 day intro to meditation class last fall. I enrolled because I was facing a rather big bump in my life and thought that some kind of mind training would help, I never had meditation training prior. I was more than pleased with what I took away from your classes. When I was at a trying time I placed myself back in your barn and used the breathing exercise, I was calmed in seconds. Now, I am over that bump, I start each day kneeling and getting my mind right for the challenges in my day to day routine at work." Phil J, Concord
~
"I want to begin my day by thanking you for being such a spiritual
inspiration. I put to use some of your suggestions yesterday at work,
and continually brought myself back to the moment. What a beautiful
thing! I had such a wonderful day, and for the first time in weeks, was
not completely exhausted by the end of it. These tools are priceless,
and are going to carry over into every relationship in my life,
especially the one with myself. So, thank you." Candy J, Concord
