ADULT GENTLE MINDFUL YOGA
Yoga is a wonderful way to release tensions, relax mind and body and renew into Spirit. At 8 limbs Holistic Health, LLC,
all classes are gentle, concentrating on opening the body with breath
so that tensions can flow out. We build strength in body and mind, paying attention to our experience as it is without judgment. Quieting our mind through directed
awareness to our breath and body provides the space needed to recover
and rejuvenate, to come back to our inner light. With meditation in motion, we bring back balance.
